The Green Board of the Capital City of Warsaw have announced a tender for the construction of Żerański Park, a 13-hectare project whose first stage should be completed by 2024 or 2025.
Divided into two stages, the second and final part should be delivered four-years from the signing of the contract. As things stand, the tender deadline for submissions has been set for May 19th next month.
Built around the western embankment of the Żerański Canal, the investment will span from ul. Modlińska to ul. Płochocińska.
As part of it, the project will see the development of meadows, bicycle paths and recreational areas. Where the latter is concerned, these will include gastronomic points and playgrounds. Quays and bridges will be built by the end of 2024.
Accordingly, construction will follow designs authored by TopoScape and Archigrest.
